At Calvary Chapel, we believe the church plays a vital role in supporting the parent/caregiver in the high calling of teaching our children to love God with all their hearts, souls, and minds. There is no greater gift we can give them, nor is there any greater joy than to know our “children walk in the truth” (3 John 1:4, KJV).
To fulfill our role, we provide age-appropriate classes for children ages birth through sixth grade.
The children in the nursery range in age from birth to two years of age. Nursery services are available on Sunday mornings. Children ages 3 through 6th grade are taught systematically and expositionally through the Bible, to worship the Lord through music, and are discipled in their faith.

Nursery/PreK is provided for children ages 3 months to 5 years every Sunday morning.
Drop off is at the classroom door. Nursery will be provided on Family Sundays, and children can be dropped off after 9:45 am. Children in this classroom will get a story time going through the bible in a lesson plan that has been created to build up to the 2's and 3's curriculum from Calvary Chapel Philly.

Lower Elementary is available for children ages 6 to 8.
They get signed in and dropped off at their classroom door after 9:45 am.
On Family Sundays, this class will stay with their parents throughout the entire service.

They will be signed in at the front rows of the sanctuary, stay in service for Worship, and then leave during the meet and greet portion of the service. You have the option to check a box for them to be released to you after class finishes, or you can sign them out in the foyer after service.

Summer 2026 Schedule
Family Sundays are the first Sunday of the month, unless otherwise noted. On Family Sunday's the children in the older classrooms will stay with their parents through worship and study time. You also have the option of taking your child to the Cry room located in the hallway just past the bathrooms.
Current Curriculum We are using the Foundations Curriculum from Calvary Chapel Philly. We encourage parents to take a look at the lessons that their children will be going over and review the key points of the lesson throughout the week. The Schedule can be found below or on the Bulletin page, and the link to the Curriculum for this year can be found under the class descriptions below!
